And on this mountain
the Lord God Sabaoth
will prepare a banquet for His people.
And as He promised
we will never have tasted food so good
nor enjoyed such delicious wine.
Such joy and laughter as we all sit down to dine,
Taking our places at the seats he’s reserved
For those who long to be where he is,
And we’ll know that we have come home.

And on this mountain
the Lord God Sabaoth will remove
the veil of mourning from our faces.
And from this mountain,
where His light can shine,
He will dispel the shroud suffocating the earth.
The Lord will remove all shame and all fear,
And he will wipe every tear from every cheek.
His presence will be ours to keep.
Yes, we’ll know that we have come home.

And on this mountain the Lord God Sabaoth
will take the great burden from our shoulders.
His Word proves his knowledge
as it cuts through the heart
revealing all within the spirit and soul.
All who are weary, come to Him for rest.
Come to His table you afflicted and oppressed.
Come for your healing –
or just come to be blessed
And to know that you have come home.

The Lord will remove all shame and all fear,
And He will wipe every tear from every cheek.
His presence will be ours to keep.
